Analysis: He’s a big body at 6-feet-2 and 210 pounds. But he’s no speed demon, having run a 4.58 40-yard dash at the combine. He’s still a project, having only played two years of high school football before walking on at ODU. He’s a good blocker and acrobatic, but he’s not a refined route runner. But he was productive as a senior, leading Conference USA with 63 catches for 1,083 yards. He also had nine touchdowns. He feels like the classic developmental project with decent promise.
