Free Press sports writer Carlos Monarrez grades the Detroit Lions after selecting Kentucky guard Logan Sternberg with the No. 121 overall pick in the fourth round of the 2020 NFL draft:
Pick: Logan Sternberg, Kentucky guard
Grade: B
The reason: The Lions traded back with the Raiders, moving down from the 109th pick and adding a fifth-rounder, No. 172. The more pressing need and perhaps higher value was Utah defensive tackle Leki Fotu, who went with the 114th pick to Arizona. But Sternberg is a nasty blocker and a big presence at 6 feet 6, 317 pounds.
