The result was never in doubt. The Detroit Lions dominated the Kansas City Chiefs start to finish and moved to an impressive 7-1 on the season.
Many were shocked when the Lions decided to fire Jim Caldwell at the end of last season, but no one can argue with the results from the new coaching staff. Fans were further baffled when Jim Harbaugh decided to take a second job and take the reigns for the Lions while continuing to coach the University of Michigan Wolverines, but Harbaugh has seemingly balanced both job with ease (the Wolverines are 8-0 and lead the league in least amount of fumbled punts).
