Fresh off his Super Bowl win as a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers coaching staff, former NFL receiver Antwaan Randle El is expected to join the Detroit Lions’ staff as the team’s next wide receiver coach, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
Randle El is known for his long playing career. Starting as a second-round pick out of Indiana, he played for the Steelers and Washington over a nine-year career that included one All-Pro year in which he shined as a punt returner. In his entire career, he housed five punt returns, one kick return, and scored 15 times as a receiver.
