Many of the Detroit Lions coaching staff—or what’s left of it—are currently in Alabama for the 2018 Senior Bowl. It’s a place where coaches from around the league congregate to watch some of the best players available in the upcoming NFL Draft. It’s also a place where rumors and news tend to leak to the media about coaching staffs around the NFL.
That’s exactly the case this year, as The Detroit News is reporting that two more defensive coaches are on their way out in Detroit. Linebackers coach Bill Sheridan and defensive backs coach Alan Williams have reportedly been told they will not be returning next season.
