As Week 10 begins and the Detroit Lions return to the practice field to prepare for the Chicago Bears, they will have two new players in the locker room. On Wednesday, the team announced they have signed running back Bo Scarbrough and punter Matt Wile to their 10-man practice squad.
Scarbrough is widely-known name, as he was a efficient contributor at Alabama. The bulky 6-foot-2, 235 pound back scored 11 touchdowns in 2016 for the Crimson Tide and followed it up with eight more in 2017.
He was drafted in the seventh round by the Cowboys in 2018, but did not end up making their final 53-man squad.
