The Detroit Lions have several voids to fill along their roster. And although they have not been known for making big splash signings in free agency in recent years, that could change as early as next week.
As Detroit attempts to crawl out of the NFC North basement in 2019, they likely need to find some veteran help in free agency to do so. And we’ve seen that former New England Patriot alums in current Lions’ general manager Bob Quinn and head coach Matt Patricia have an affinity for signing former Pats.
So here are four ex-Patriots who will be available when the free agent market opens this upcoming week that seem to make sense as possible targets for the Motor City.
