The Detroit Lions have a solid quarterback in Matthew Stafford. He’s posted a 5,000-yard season. He’s led eight come-from-behind victories in the same season. He was even in the MVP conversation in 2016.
What about 2019? Could Stafford make some noise this year? The league MVP usually goes to the best player on one of the best teams in the league. In that respect, the Lions might have some work to do.
