With just two defensive ends on the roster at the end of March, the Lions have been looking at pass rushers on the market, and they found one Monday.
Wallace Gilberry, who spent the past four years with the Cincinnati Bengals, is set to sign with the Lions, according to a tweet from his agency, Sun Trust Advisors.
Gilberry, 31, has a good chance contribute to the Lions’ defensive end group this season, even if they look for another veteran or draft a defensive end. For now, he joins Ziggy Ansah and Devin Taylor as the only defensive ends on the roster.
