ALLEN PARK -- The NFL is all about winning, at the end of the day, and careers are made or broken by a player's ability on the field.
But chemistry matters, too. It probably matters more to Jim Caldwell than most coaches.
The Detroit Lions have a type under him, and that type is the affable Darryl Tapp.
