ALLEN PARK, Mich. -- Eric Ebron walked. Eric Ebron talked to teammates. Everything Monday revolved around the Detroit Lions tight end and what was going on with his injured lower leg. That he wasn’t in a boot and was moving around at all was a good sign, especially since the injury looked much worse Saturday.
The Lions are predictably remaining mum on the injury and we’ll start with tight ends when looking at what went on during Monday’s practice.
1. Cole Wick is going to have a major chance: I wrote about it Monday as well, but with Ebron hurt and Brandon Pettigrew still out, Wick has every opportunity to show he can make a roster and stick early in the NFL.
