Last week after the Detroit Lions clobbered the Dallas Cowboys to the tune of 47-9, former New Jersey governor Chris Christie went to sports talk radio to complain. Christie, a Cowboys fan, thought the Lions went over-the-top with their conduct, still running trick plays against Dallas while up four scores. In particular, he seemed to have beef with coach Dan Campbell himself.
“That’s Dan Campbell. He’s got no class. Never has.” Christie said. “So, it’s fine. Dan Campbell, that’s the way he is, and what goes around, comes around. There’ll be a time when the worm is turned.
