Calvin Johnson inducted into ‘Pride of the Lions’ ring of honor

Detroit Lions Hall-of-Fame wide receiver Calvin Johnson will be inducted into the “Pride of the Lions” ring of honor at halftime of the Lions' upcoming homecoming game against the Seattle Seahawks on “Monday Night Football.”

Johnson played nine seasons in the NFL, all with the Lions, and amassed remarkable statistics. Over 135 games, Johnson had 731 receptions for 11,619 receiving yards and 83 touchdowns. He led the NFL in touchdowns (12) in 2008, receiving yards (1681) in 2011, and in receptions (122) and receiving yards (1964) in 2012. He currently holds two NFL records, most receiving yards in a single season (1964) and most consecutive 100+ yard receiving games (8).
