Aside from Bill Ford Jr.'s public declaration that he is not as involved with the Detroit Lions as he used to be, the Ford family has remained quiet during the team's disappointing 0-5 start.
But Lions coach Jim Caldwell said at his news conference today that owner Martha Ford was as dismayed as anyone by the Lions' ugly 42-17 loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.
"They're not happy, obviously, which you could anticipate and understand very well," Caldwell said. "And they were certainly as upset about this game as anybody, like they have been about the entire season.
