After another long offseason, we finally got a look at the 2018 Detroit Lions under new head coach Matt Patricia in Oakland. We stayed up way past our bedtime, just to see the Lions... well, let’s be honest, underwhelm.
There were some very encouraging moments, and there were some familiar mistakes. Some players that stuck out as potential key contributors this season, and some guys who clearly need to shake off some rust if they’re going to be ready for the regular season debut.
