DETROIT -- Anquan Boldin has gone back and forth on whether or not he'd return for a 15th NFL season. As a result, he's sat in free-agency limbo as the first four days of the open market have come and gone.
But the three-time Pro Bowler has now decided he's going to give football a go again this season, ESPN's Jim Trotter reported Monday on Twitter. He'll turn 37 in October, making him the elder statesman of NFL wideouts after Steve Smith Sr.'s retirement from the Baltimore Ravens this offseason. Boldin currently sits fifth all-time with 1,076 career receptions.
