To add injury to insult, Detroit Lions All-Pro receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown went down with a lower-body injury late in the team’s 20-16 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. That said, coach Dan Campbell seemed to indicate he won’t miss much (if any) time going forward.
“He’s alright,” Campbell said. “I don’t think it’s anything long-term, so that’s good news.”
St. Brown went down a couple times during the game with injuries. Toward the end of the third quarter, he took a pass down to the Buccaneers’ 1-yard line but was slow to get up before jogging off the field under his own power.
