Most surprising player who got cut: Jace Billingsley was unexpected, but Antwione Williams was a bit of a shock. He was a fifth-round pick just last year, and Jim Caldwell seemed high on him throughout camp. He was even earning some starters reps at strong-side linebacker. But he played extensive snaps in the preseason finale, which should have been a sign he was in trouble -- and sure enough, Bob Quinn pulled the plug on one of his first draft picks.
