6 Lions starters questionable on injury report

The Detroit Lions listed six starters as questionable for Sunday's game against the St. Louis Rams (1 p.m., Fox), including top receiver Calvin Johnson.

Johnson sprained his ankle in the Lions' Week 8 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs and has been listed as questionable on four of the Lions' five weekly injury reports since.

He has played each of the last four weeks and is expected to be on the field Sunday.

Safety Glover Quin (ankle), defensive end Ziggy Ansah (hamstring/elbow), defensive tackle Caruan Reid (ankle) and offensive linemen Michael Ola (knee) and Travis Swanson (ankle) also are questionable for Sunday.
