Luke Fischer added 16 points, Henry Ellenson 14 and Jajuan Johnson 10 for the Golden Eagles (17-10, 6-8 Big East), who split the season series after losing to the Blue Demons (8-18, 2-12) on the road 57-56 on Jan. 20.
Tommy Hamilton was the only Blue Demon in double figures with 20 points as DePaul dropped its fourth straight game.
Marquette never trailed after Cheatham's 3-pointer less than three minutes into the game.
