J.R. Smith knows how to make an entrance.
The former Nuggets and now Cleveland Cavaliers guard showed up to Quicken Loans Arena for Game 4 of the NBA Finals riding a PhunkeeDuck, which is basically a remote-controlled, hands-free Segway.
It wasn’t the most graceful entrance as AP reporter Tom Withers pointed out.
JR Smith just rode into the arena on a no-handed Segway. Nearly wiped out on carpet. #NBAFINALS pic.twitter.com/ln60CYet10

If it was meant to conserve energy, it certainly didn’t help as Smith scored just four points on 2-of-12 shooting from the floor — 0-for-8 from beyond the arc — in the Cavs’ 103-82 loss.
