What if the blueprint for the NBA to re-start its season lay just across the pond?
According to The Independent, the English Premier League is developing plans to play televised games in isolation beginning in June and July in an attempt to finish its season.
The report says the plan is gaining traction among league authorities, and that games “behind closed doors,” are viewed as the likeliest solution. In theory, all 92 remaining matches would be televised, which would likely mean astronomical viewership.
