SAN ANTONIO — The Nuggets almost never face a full Spurs team.
Not anymore.
They're going to have to earn that back.
Whether the game is in Denver or San Antonio, more often than not of late, Spurs coach Gregg Popovich finds Nuggets games a good time to rest at least a couple of regulars. So without worry he pulled Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili from Saturday night's game and his team won anyway, 101-86, at the AT&T Center.
It was a Spurs-esque production from the start — strong defense leading to opportunistic offense.
