The Brooklyn Nets elected to go elsewhere, leaving Denver's front office in tact
The Brooklyn Nets announced today (after a somewhat bizarre courtship) that they have hired Sean Marks as their new GM. Marks will replace Billy King who was restructured within the organization. This news is significant for the Denver Nuggets as their current assistant GM Arturus Karnisovas was also a finalist for the job and had Marks not been offered the position, Karnisovas likely would have been the next choice.
It must be a bittersweet day for Denver's front office.
