Brooklyn had the finishing touch again, putting in a shot to beat the buzzer and the Nuggets 121-120 in overtime Friday night at the Pepsi Center.
Lightning struck twice.
Mostly, anyway. Brook Lopez tipped in a Shane Larkin missed layup with only 0.4 seconds remaining in the extra frame. The Nuggets weren't able to get a meaningful shot attempt at the rim as time expired.
So, to recap: Feb. 8, Joe Johnson hit a bank shot 3-pointer as time expired to beat the Nuggets.
