CHICAGO — The Nuggets will likely be without forward Kenneth Faried for a least a week as he works through back spasms, coach Michael Malone said Tuesday.
Faried left the Nuggets’ game against the Brooklyn Nets on Friday in the third quarter and did not return. He did not play in the team’s loss to the Memphis Grizzlies on Sunday.
“Kenneth is back in Denver getting constant treatment on his back and hopefully we’ll get him back as soon as possible, whenever that is,” Malone said following the Nuggets’ morning shootaround at the United Center.
