Nikola Jokic, the Nuggets rookie center, was speaking with the media for the final time this season, with coach Michael Malone standing nearby and waiting for his chance.
He didn't have to wait long.
A media member asked Jokic: "What do you want to work on this summer?"
Malone was the first to chime in. "Everything!" he said, a wry smile on his face.
That had the Serbian making up a list on the fly.
"3-point shot," he said.
"Dribble."
"Coast-to-coast."
"Not passing at all."
By then, Malone was shaking his head and the media had burst into laughter.
