Nuggets Come Up Big in Fourth, Outlast Kings 105-92

SACRAMENTO – Whether it was Sleep Train Arena or the newly minted Golden 1 Center, lately the Nuggets had some demons to exorcise in Sacramento. It hadn’t been the friendliest place for them.

So, on Saturday, the Nuggets simply snatched the win, pulling away late in the fourth quarter for a 105-92 victory over the Kings.

They had to. Staying in the eighth seed in the Western Conference playoff race depended on it. This is no longer time to leave anything to chance. Controlling their own destiny means taking every opportunity and seizing it. The aesthetic value is not an issue.
