HOUSTON — Nuggets backup center Mason Plumlee has been diagnosed with a right cuboid injury and will be re-evaluated in two-to-four weeks, the team announced Wednesday morning.
Plumlee initially rolled his right foot in the first half against Minnesota on Monday night but returned later in the game.
Asked about his injury after the game and Plumlee said he received treatment from the Nuggets’ training staff and that X-rays came back clean.

“I just came down on someone’s foot,” he said after the game. “X-rays were good.”
After the injury, Plumlee said he wasn’t sure if he’d be able to return.
