“If there’s something he wants for a cut or to have it trimmed a little, for the most part, it’s been all the same,” Josue “Sway” Navarro explains from the bowels of the Bellwether, the coffee shop/barbershop/hipster-bar that’s served as his personal Batcave for almost four years.
