The Denver Nuggets are taking their sweet little time hiring a new head coach this offseason. Speculation right after the regular season ended said that the Nuggets would have a wide net of candidates to fill the job that was Brian Shaw’s at the beginning of last year and Melvin Hunt’s after Shaw was fired with 23 games to go in the season. A new report from Bleacher Report seems to dismiss the thought that the Nuggets would be conducting multiple interviews for their coaching vacancy and that interim coach Hunt would be the front runner to get the Nuggets job at this point in the search.
