How Malik Beasley, and not Jamal Murray, became Nuggets’ deadliest weapon from downtown

In hindsight, the Nuggets’ deadliest 3-point shooting stroke was the mother of all inside jobs. It started in the summer, between Malik Beasley’s ears.

“Just putting in the work, watching film, believing in myself, simple as that,” the third-year shooting guard explained. “It’s hard to do. But if you put in the work, the work’s already done when you get out there on the court.”
