Former Nuggets guard Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf and forward Reggie Evans were among the 24 players selected in the inaugural Big3 draft on Sunday at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.
Evans was selected with the third overall pick by the Killer 3s, while Abdul-Rauf will play for the Three-Headed Monsters after being chosen with the 17th overall pick.
Abdul-Rauf, 48, was drafted by the Nuggets with the third-overall pick in the 1990 NBA draft. He played six seasons in Denver, averaging 16.0 points and 4.0 assists. Evans, 36, played two seasons in Denver, averaging 5.0 points and 7.5 rebounds in 92 games.
