The Denver Nuggets were able to limit LeBron in his preseason debut a couple of nights ago. While the stars did not play heavy minutes, it provided an opportunity for rookies and on the bubble roster players to shine.
A couple players who stood out in Sunday’s win over the Los Angeles Lakers were the point guard of the future in Jamal Murray and the third year stretch four in Juancho Hernangomez.
Both players lit it up as they finished with 18 and 19 points to propel the Nuggets to a 124-107 win on the road to open up the preseason.
