Even without a new permanent head coach, the Nuggets continue to work out prospects for the NBA draft. And the group coming in Friday is full of first-round talent.
The headliners are Arizona small forward Stanley Johnson, Wisconsin small forward Sam Dekker and Notre Dame point guard Jerian Grant.
There will be seven participants in all, including Virginia forward Darion Atkins, Kentucky guard Devin Booker, Charlotte guard Pierria Henry and St. John's swingman Sir'Dominic Pointer.
Grant could be drafted high in the first round. Johnson pro- jects as a late lottery pick. Dekker is just outside of that range, but he could move up depending on his workouts.
