The Denver Nuggets sent out a press release on Friday afternoon, in which the team announced the 2019 MGM Resorts NBA Summer League roster.
Michael Porter Jr., Jarred Vanderbilt, Thomas Welsh, and Vlatko Cancar headline a wacky yet crazy-fun roster, but fans might be disappointed to learn that Bol Bol—Denver’s latest acquisition via a draft night trade with Miami—will not participate in the world’s strangest basketball tournament.
Fans might also recognize Brandon Goodwin, who spent part of last season with the Denver Nuggets on a two way deal, and Jordan Davis, the University of Northern Colorado standout, who shined in Denver’s lone pre-draft workout this year.
