Per the Denver Post’s Chris Dempsey, the Nuggets have made their decision on the 15th man for Denver’s roster. As expected, it looks to be center Jarnell Stokes.
This is not a huge shock as Stokes received more minutes than the other options for that last roster spot and fills a roster need to boot. Stokes, a center-type who measures in at 6-foot-8-inches and 250 pounds, is a post player and a good one at that. He won the Most Valuable Player award in the D-League for the 2015-16 season, averaging 20.6 points and 9.
