Former basketball star Chauncey Billups and Mike Pritchard, the most valuable player on Colorado's 1990 national championship football team, highlight a distinguished list of 11 members who will be inducted into CU's Athletic Hall of Fame.
The 2015 class was announced Monday. The formal induction ceremony is Nov. 5 at the Coors Events Center in Boulder.
Billups, a Denver native, earned first-team All-America honors as a 1996-97 sophomore. He averaged 18.5 points, 5.6 rebounds and 5.1 points in two seasons for the Buffaloes before embarking on an illustrious NBA career that lasted 17 seasons.
Pritchard, from Las Vegas, earned first-team all-Big Eight honors in 1990 for CU despite playing wide receiver on a primarily running offense.
