The Nuggets’ NBA TV blackout nightmare is over.
After several days of conversations, Kroenke Sports and Entertainment worked in conjunction with the NBA to lift the blackout restrictions on NBA TV games, a league source told The Denver Post.
The decision was finalized only a few hours before Game 5.
Local Nuggets fans who previously wouldn’t have been able to watch Game 5 (except on DirecTV, which carries Altitude Sports, or illegally) will now be able to watch Tuesday’s Game 5 between the Nuggets and Blazers on NBA TV. The decision applies to all NBA TV games moving forward this postseason, the source said.
