Miller, who Denver used their franchise tag on, vowed not to play this season if the Broncos didn't give him a long-term deal before today's 4:00 pm ET deadline. The deal includes the largest amount of guaranteed money given to a non-quarterback in NFL history.
Talks between the two sides had stalled after the season, then become contentious after Miller cropped general manager John Elway out of an Instagram picture at the White House. However, talks picked back up over the past few days.
Miller had 35 tackles and 11 sacks last season, and forced four fumbles. He also had six tackles, 2.5 sacks and two forced fumbles in the Super Bowl.
