Why wide receiver K.J. Hamler was drafted in the second round by the Broncos

Despite selecting Alabama’s Jerry Jeudy with their 15th overall selection in the first-round of the 2020 NFL Draft, the Broncos addressed the wide receiver position in the second-round. With their 46th overall selection in the second-round of the 2020 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos selected Penn State wide receiver K.J. Hamler.

The reason why the Broncos selected Hamler is pretty simple. To score points, create big plays, and challenge the Kansas City Chiefs.
