The Denver Broncos general manager George Paton is spending the first full week of his second year interviewing 10 candidates to be the 17th full-time head coach in franchise history. Five candidates have completed their interview:
- Dallas Cowboys offensive coordinator Kellen Moore
- Green Bay Packers quarterbacks coach Luke Getsy
The sixth candidate is New England Patriots inside linebackers coach Jerod Mayo. The 35-year-old was the 10th pick in the draft and missed the last game of his last season when the Pats placed him on injured reserve before the AFC championship against Peyton Manning’s Broncos.
