Going into week 16, we know half the playoff field has been decided. A collective sigh of relief could be heard in the NFC, by fans of the Panthers, Cardinals, Seahawks and Packers – all guaranteed playoff berths. Yes, even the Seahawks, who had such a dismal start to the season.
In the AFC, the only certainties, not surprisingly, are the Patriots and Bengals. The battle (and the nail-biting) for the rest of the top seed positions is still very much on, with the Broncos, Steelers and Texans having so much at stake.
