Tyler Polumbus, Michael Schofield preparing to play at RT for Broncos

Michael Schofield's opportunity, all 247 pounds of it, stared him in the eye, then came barreling toward him. Melvin Ingram, the Chargers' outside linebacker, needed only two quick steps and a powerful spin move to leave Schofield in a trance and watching from behind as Ingram sought his next victim.

Brock Osweiler never a stood a chance. As the Broncos' quarterback wound up to throw, Ingram lunged at his arms, deflecting the football before it sailed over the head of Demaryius Thomas and landed squarely in the arms of San Diego safety Adrian Phillips.
