Good morning, Broncos Country!
There has been a lot of noise about Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp after he was informed the team was looking to trade him on Monday. I was surprised to see so many fans on social media clamoring to bring Kupp to Denver.
Kupp’s prime has likely passed by and the Denver Broncos, in my opinion, would be better off looking elsewhere. The reasons have to do with age, but also injury. Andrew Mason summed it up perfectly in this X post:
Cooper Kupp will be 32 this year, has missed 18 G since 2022, has had the two lowest success rates of his career over the last 2 seasons and his YPG the last 2 years were his lowest figures since his rookie season.
