Ryan Harris expected to return to Broncos after Ryan Clady injury

Almost as soon as word got out that veteran tackle Ryan Clady could be lost for the season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament, veteran tackle Ryan Harris agreed in principle to return to the Broncos. He is expected to sign by Friday.

Harris, 30, was drafted by the Broncos in 2007 and played in Gary Kubiak's zone-blocking offense with Houston from 2012-13. He played last season with Kansas City.

Harris would provide depth for a Denver line that has undergone multiple changes and has several young players competing for playing time.

Ty Sambrailo, a rookie offensive lineman who played left tackle at Colorado State, will be at left tackle with the Broncos in the interim.
