Chris Harris Jr., one of the most accomplished defensive backs in Broncos history, is moving on from Denver.
Harris is joining the division-rival Los Angeles Chargers, according to the NFL Network, ending his nine-year career with the Broncos that began as an undrafted free agent from Kansas and blossomed into him being one of the centerpieces of the Super Bowl 50 team.
Harris’ 20 interceptions are tied for 10th among Broncos all-time, and he is one of four undrafted cornerbacks in pro football history to make four or more Pro Bowls with his original team. He’s also ranked third in team history in passes defensed at 86, recorded 518 total tackles and was first-team All-Pro in 2016.
