According to Rob Demovsky who covers the Green Bay Packers for ESPN, the Denver Broncos were among the teams who contacted running Josh Jacobs during free agency. The veteran running back eventually signed with the Packers and wanted to join a contender and not a rebuilding team which eliminated the Broncos.
