According to 9NEWS Denver’s Mike Klis, the Denver Broncos are elevating veteran fullback Michael Burton and wide receiver Lil’Jordan Humphrey off the practice squad to their game-day active roster.

This was long expected after the Broncos surprisingly released both players while trimming their roster down to 53 players. Reports quickly came out that the team planned on re-signing them to their practice squad and that’s exactly what they did.
