Denver’s game Sunday at Baltimore will be a reunion between Baltimore head coach John Harbaugh and his longtime assistant, Jerry Rosburg, now a game management assistant for the Broncos and first-year head coach Nathaniel Hackett.
“Jerry may be my best friend in coaching,” Harbaugh told Denver reporters Wednesday. “We go way back. I’ve learned so much with him and we’ve been through so many battles and so many good moments together. I love Jerry. He’s a very smart man, smart football man, and the Broncos, it’s obviously a good move to have him.”
Hackett hired Rosburg after high-profile game management mistakes over the first two regular seasons.
